Baptism Registration Form

To request a Baptism for a child, parents or sponsors must be members of Kemble Church, or be in the process of becoming members by attending a “New Disciples” class. Baptisms are held one Sunday each month, approved and scheduled by the Pastor. Approved Baptisms require an instructional meeting with the Pastor.
